Live CD

Recorded live at the LSPU Hall in St John’s in 2012 this album is a collection of traditional music, stories and dance from Newfoundland and Labrador performed by Lomond Sound (Gary Green, Jean Hewson, Dave Panting, Daniel Payne, Jane Dennison, Hugh Scott, Christina Smith, Gayle Tapper, and Eric West).

The CD includes: Sally’s Jig/Brother’s Jig, The Badger Drive, Butter and Cheese, Mrs. Belle’s Square Set, The Old Polina, Velvet in the Wind, Bay du Nord, Theresa Maria, Come and I Will Sing Ye, Parson’s Pond Set, The Green Shores of Fogo, Vive la Rose, Towards the Sunset, and Miss Belle’s Cotillion/Vince Collin’s

All proceeds from the sale of this CD will be donated to the Soundbone Traditional Arts Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the traditional arts of Newfoundland & Labrador.
